1. Service Overview
Livré offers book rentals through a subscription-based model within Pune, Maharashtra, India. Users can rent books on a monthly basis and return them as per the plan guidelines.
2. Eligibility
Only individuals aged 18 and above residing in Pune, India are eligible to create an account and access our subscription services.
3. Account Responsibility
Users must register and maintain an account to rent books. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Book Usage
Books must be returned in their original condition. If a book is returned damaged, a penalty of ₹500 will be charged. Loss of a book will result in a fine equal to the printed MRP.
5. Late Returns
Books returned beyond the allowed timeframe will incur a late fee of ₹100 per week.
6. Restrictions
Books rented from Livré cannot be resold, redistributed, or duplicated.
7. Trial and Offers
No free trial or introductory offer is currently available.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
