At Livré, we aim to provide a seamless experience for book lovers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellations
Users may cancel a rental request within the same day of placing the order. Cancellations after this window will not be accepted.
2. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be cancelled only after the completion of the subscribed period. No mid-term cancellations are permitted.
3. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for subscriptions. For cancelled book rental requests within the same day, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 16–30 business days.
4. No Exchanges or Replacements
We currently do not offer exchanges or replacements for books, including those that are incorrect or damaged during use.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
All subscriptions are non-refundable. Partial usage, dissatisfaction, or early termination does not qualify for a refund.
