We only serve addresses within Pune city limits.
2. Delivery Timeline
Books are delivered within 16–30 days from the date of the rental request, depending on availability and routing schedules.
3. Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are included in your subscription plan. No separate shipping fees apply.
4. Delivery Tracking
Tracking is currently unavailable. Our team will coordinate delivery via call or message.
5. Failed Delivery
In case of a failed delivery attempt (e.g., recipient unavailable), we will retry the delivery at no additional cost.
6. Holidays
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
